V. E. Bixenstine has been a professor of Psychology at Kent State University for  35 years.  He received his PhD is Psychology from the University of Illinois in 1953. 

Ed served on the Civil Service Commission for the city of Kent, Ohio, for 19 years. He was recently honored by the city in recognition of the many significant contributions he has made to the community.

He really enjoys cooking for Anita (wife) and family and friends on a daily basis.  He’s famous for his Sunday morning pancake brunch.
